摘要:
起升機構由驅動裝置、導向滑輪、鋼絲繩、配重系統等組成,實現載車臺以及載車臺上搬運機器人和汽車的整體升降。通過計算可知,如果不增加配重,所需電機功率大、成本高,且占用大量布置空間,影響車庫整體尺寸。結合經濟性、合理性等多方面考慮,采用曳引式驅動,鋼絲繩作為提升載體,輔以配重系統。此種布置形式,有諸多優勢:通過曳引機構和配重系統,平衡起升載荷,降低驅動裝置功率,減少裝機容量和能耗;采用鋼絲繩提升,相較鏈條運行更加平穩,噪音低;選型8輪槽的曳引機,共8根鋼絲繩,設計考慮一定余量,保證起升機構運行的安全。
Abstract:
Lifting mechanism consists of driving device, guiding pulley, steel wire rope, weight system, etc., to achieve the overall lifting lowering of the vehicle the carrying robot the vehicle on the platform. According to the calculation, if the erweight is not increased, the required motor power is large, the cost is high, takes up a lot of layout space, affecting the overall size of the garage. Combined with economic, rational other considerations, using the traction drive, wire rope as a lifting carrier, supplemented by the weight system. This layout has many advantages: through the traction mechanism the weight system, balancing the lifting load, reducing the power of the driving device, the installed capacity energy consumption; wire rope hoisting, compared with the chain operation is more stable lower noisy; ing the 8-wheel trough traction machine, considering a certain amount, to ensure the safety of the lifting mechanism。
